The Bosch Rexroth R911318901 (MHD115A-035-PG1-BA) synchronous motor features standardized electric connections and can accommodate sealing air connectors by swapping the flange socket cover. This size 115 motor operates through flange sockets with a bayonet catch or screwed connection and integrates seamlessly with manufacturer-provided encoder and power cable sets. Its operation must consider both setup elevation and ambient operating temperature. Installation must be shock-decoupled or shock-absorbed for effective load bearing. Offering a superior IP 65 degree of protection for housing, output shaft, feedback and power connectors, the motor is compliant with DIN VDE 0470, Part 1 specifications. It operates to a maximum pressure rating of 0.3 bar and the B05 design allows versatile installation. The motor is integrated with a standing brake for drive-internal checks & axle holding in de-energized state. The device comes with a year-long warranty, features a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring and is balanced with a complete featherkey to regulate radial and axial forces during operation. It also incorporates data memory in its encoder electronics for swift startup.
