The Bosch Rexroth R911280588 (MKD112B-048-KP1-AN) synchronous motor is designed for operation in harsh environments, able to cope with constant stop-start scenarios due to its electrically commutated high repeat frequencies. This robust motor can be installed in any orientation but should not be used under water or if damaged. With a maximum elevation limitation of 1,000m above sea level, the motor offers a 192 x 10-4 moment of inertia.

Equipped with a 22Nm electrically releasing holding brake, this unit must be used in accordance with relevant safety requirements. With potential for dangerous movement post-power-up, it’s critical to disconnect power during maintenance. The DIN 6885-1 spec compliant keyway shaft features a sealing ring, with power connections oriented to the A-side.

With a thermal time constant of 40 minutes, 2800min-1 rated speed, and a theoretical maximum torque of 102Nm, the unit should be halted before entering danger zones. The product comes with a 1-year warranty and is shipped via UPS or USPS.
