The Rexroth Indramat's new R911299313 (MKD090B-046-KG0-KN) AC motor, which weighs approximately 14kgs and spans 400mm in length, incorporates a multi-turn absolute encoder. This feature translates motor motions into digital signals that are conveyed to the drive controller via the motor feedback cable. The motor includes a plain shaft furnished with a protective sealing ring, responsible for kinetic energy transmission to machine components. Its energy-efficient design allows it to achieve a rotational speed of 5000min-1 using a 49.5 Amperes current, with a rotor inertia of about 43.0 x 10-4 kg/m2. Unique to the R911299313 (MKD090B-046-KG0-KN) model are its grease-lubricated bearings on the motor's shaft, reducing unwanted friction and prolonging service life.
