BTA20 Machine Control Boards

BTA20 Machine Control Boards are Bosch Rexroth Indramat configurable operator-panel boards designed to work with BTV20-series machine interfaces in industrial control applications. The platform uses a three-part front-panel arrangement that can be populated with standard 22.5 mm control devices and optional functional modules for items such as emergency stop, override control, and mobile operator-terminal connection. INTERBUS remote bus communication supports integration with the control system, while the base unit includes eight electrically isolated 24 V inputs and eight electrically isolated 24 V outputs for external machine signals. An onboard interface converter allows RS232 control-side hardware to communicate with RS422 operator devices, eliminating the need for a separate converter board in the control. Built for machine-tool environments such as lathes, milling machines, and machining centers, the BTA20 series combines a chemically resistant aluminum front, IP65 front protection, IP20 housing protection, and a compact panel format suited for customized machine-control layouts.
