The Bosch Rexroth Indramat BTA20.3-NA-WA-VA-BS from the BTA20 Machine Control Boards series is a high-performance BTA Triac device designed for demanding industrial automation tasks. It delivers a Maximum Rms On-state Current of 20A with a Repetitive Peak Off-state Voltage of 600V, ensuring robust switching under load. The unit features an Isolation Voltage of 2000Vrms and is rated for a Maximum Junction Temperature of 150°C to maintain reliability in harsh environments. Featuring Connectivity: 8 PLC inputs/output, the BTA20.3-NA-WA-VA-BS integrates seamlessly via the INTERBUS-S / BT-BUS communication bus, supporting up to 20 lines for efficient data exchange. Precision gating is achieved with a Gate Trigger Current of 50mA and a stable Holding Current of 45mA. Fast switching is assured by a Critical Rate Of Rise Of On-state Current (di/dt) of 50A/μs and a low Forward Voltage Drop of 1.7V. The device withstands high surge events with a Surge Non-repetitive On-state Current of 210A (t=20ms) while managing heat through a Thermal Resistance Junction To Ambient of 60°C/W and a Thermal Resistance Junction To Case of 2.2°C/W.



Built for longevity, the BTA20.3-NA-WA-VA-BS supports a Maximum Storage Temperature range of -40 to 150°C and is fitted with a durable front surface pane of lacquered aluminum completely covered with chemically-resistant polyester foil.
