The HVE04.2-W075 by Bosch Rexroth is a power supply unit that delivers an uncontrolled DC bus voltage to its connected drive controllers. It can operate with multiple drive controllers simultaneously and includes an integrated contactor for power cut-off. Due to its compact size, it's suitable for confined spaces, and it operates based on power voltage. The permitted relative humidity is up to 95%. The unit, which comes with a 1-year warranty, can store 144W for each mF of extra capacitance when connected to a 3x400VAC. The DC bus allows the connection of three more capacitance modules that should be located close to the highest-performing drive controller. The control cabinet must allow adequate air circulation to avoid damage due to high temperatures. The unit measures 250mm in width, supports three-phase systems with grounded neutral points, and can be shipped worldwide. It requires a specific cable for connection to the control voltage bus.
