The R911271018 (HVE02.1-W018N) is a Rexroth Indramat HVE Power Supply Unit designed for use in the HDD and HDS drive systems. It supplies an unregulated DC bus voltage and supports multiple drive controllers with generator mode functionality, employing a bleed resistor for energy dissipation during braking events. The unit features internal air cooling through a built-in blower and is rated for 18 kW with continuous bleeder power of 1 kW and peak bleeder power up to 100 kW. It operates with an input voltage of 3 x 380 to 480 V at 50 to 60 Hz, and input bus voltage from 530 to 670 V, supporting maximum regenerated energy of 70 kW. It is protected to IP10, weighs 13 kg, and maintains operation within -30 to +85°C and up to 95% relative humidity. Enhanced system efficiency can be achieved via compatible GLD type DC bus chokes and HZK capacitance modules.
