The R911280031 (HVE02.2-W018) is designed to operate the drive controller in industrial drive systems. It supplies control voltage to all linked controllers and ensures control voltage continuity during mains failure via its DC bus voltage. With its monitoring capabilities, it ensures system integrity through constant communication with drive controllers. Used with 60 kW mechanical power motors, it dissipatively converts regenerated energy into heat when operating in generator mode. The device can be paired with a CD bus choke GLD for optimal power adaptation. It's housed in a class IP 10 enclosure with an advanced air cooling system and can operate within a temperature range of 5°C to 45°C. The R911280031 (HVE02.2-W018) rectifies three-phase AC voltage into unregulated DC bus voltage, functioning exclusively with HDS and HDD drive controllers. It cannot be utilized in sub-aquatic conditions or temperature extremes. Additional sensors and actuators are required for motor control and monitoring.
