The Bosch Rexroth MPN R911283373 (HVE04.2-W075) is a power supply unit delivering unregulated DC bus voltage for up to three drive controllers. It features an integrated contactor for power shut-down and is designed with a compact form factor, measuring 250 mm in width. This unit supports a rated power output of 75 kW and is suitable for 380 to 480 V AC nominal voltage. It provides 90 kW continuous DC bus power, 270 kW peak for 0.3 seconds, and 180 kW short-term power with a GLD20 DC bus choke at a 3 x 480 VAC supply. Humidity tolerance reaches up to 95%, and every millifarad of auxiliary capacitance at 3 x 400 VAC can store 144 W energy. The device allows addition of up to three capacitance modules and requires a manufacturer-specified cable for the control voltage bus, with a main power section fuse rated at 160 A. Cooling is managed internally using a built-in blower.
