The Bosch Rexroth R911272144 (HVR03.1-W045N) is a second-generation DIAX04 power supply unit designed to deliver a regulated DC bus voltage. It operates with a mains input of 3 x 380–480 VAC (±10%) at 50–60 Hz and provides a power output of 45 kW, supporting peak loads up to 135 kW and a maximum regenerated energy of 100 kWs. The unit supplies control voltage to connected HDS and HDD drive controllers and is suitable for linking to motors with continuous mechanical power up to 36 kW. Integrated internal air cooling is provided by a built-in blower. The enclosure meets the IP10 rating per IEC 529. Intended installation is within a control cabinet or closed housing, with recommended ambient operating temperatures between 5°C and 45°C.
