HVR Power Supply Units

HVR Supply Units are regulated power supply modules used to generate a stable DC bus for high-power modular drive systems. The HVR series is designed to maintain a constant DC-link voltage even when the incoming mains supply fluctuates. These units support demanding drive applications with continuous mechanical output capability up to 36 kW and are built for connection to three-phase mains supplies in the 380 to 480 V range. During braking, the supply can operate regeneratively by converting returned motor energy into electrical power and feeding it back into the mains. Integrated monitoring functions check conditions such as phase sequence and power failure, with a ready signal issued after the DC bus has been properly charged. For cabinet integration, HVR units are installed vertically so airflow and heat dissipation can be maintained during continuous or high-load operation.
