VT-SWMA Modules

VT-SWMA Modules are analog command-value modules used to operate hydraulic valves with onboard electronics and support basic hydraulic control functions through digital switching. The series is designed for compact control-panel installation, operating from a 24 VDC supply and mounting on EN 60715 top-hat rails with screw-terminal wiring. Command generation can come from a differential input signal, selectable preset values, and an adjustable zero-point offset, with input amplitude attenuation available for scaling the signal. The modules also include a ramp generator with five adjustable ramp times, four command-value call-up selections, polarity inversion, and 4-quadrant recognition to assign signal transitions to defined ramp behavior. For setup and diagnostics, the front of the module provides LEDs, measuring sockets, and potentiometers for checking supply status, active command selection, polarity condition, ramp activity, internal command value, and ramp timing. This makes the VT-SWMA series suited for hydraulic systems that need compact analog command processing with simple digital actuation and accessible adjustment points.
