VT-HMC Digital Axis Controllers

VT-HMC Digital Axis Controllers are Bosch Rexroth Indramat control units used for one-axis or two-axis electro-hydraulic motion control applications. The series is designed for hydraulic drive systems that require closed-loop control, flexible feedback handling, and communication with machine-level automation networks. Control functions include position, pressure, force, velocity, and substitutional control, with optional IEC 61131-3 PLC capability available for local logic and programming tasks. Communication is handled through a Multi-Ethernet platform supporting Sercos III, PROFINET RT, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, and Powerlink, with selected versions also offering PROFIBUS DP. For sensor and valve integration, VT-HMC units support incremental encoder, SSI, EnDat 2.2, analog command and feedback signals, digital I/O, and parameterizable analog input/output channels. The controllers operate from a 24 VDC supply and are designed for DIN-rail installation in control cabinets with IP20 protection. Built-in diagnostics monitor conditions such as undervoltage, communication faults, cable breaks, and output short circuits, helping support commissioning, operation, and service in industrial hydraulic systems.
